A few things to be aware of:


You will receive two emails. One from Tuxego explaining how to process your payment and another from Clover.com on behalf of Tuxego for securely submitting your payment.


Your order will only be processed once your payment is received.


If you have not opted for direct delivery to be drop shipped to your home, we ask that upon arriving in town, you please make us your first stop. We will conduct a fitting to assess if any adjustments are needed to ensure our and your satisfaction and if changes are needed what the next steps and delivery cost shall be.


If you have chosen the dropship option for the additional fee (this is not automatic), you must have indicated on the form the shipping address where we are to send the package.

Our procedure for the at home try-on is available at https://tuxego.com/tuxego-dropship-instructions. We ask that you follow the instructions explicitly. 


We ask you to please try everything on immediately. Assess your comfort level and satisfaction. Please email us a photo of you in the full garment, so we can assess the fit. If you feel you need changes, email at guestservices@tuxego.com immediately so we can order your requested changes from our warehouse. Those items will be awaiting you in our store so we can swap the replacement garments and fine tune anything further. If you are completely satisfied with your garments and from the photo we don't notice any needed changes, then you can bypass your visit with us.

Policies, terms and conditions:

Merchandise may only be altered by Tuxego staff

Merchandise not returned on the date contracted with the party (call couple for the information) is subject to $25/day late fee pursuant under NYS general business law section 399

Failure to return merchandise within the adequate standard is punishable under NYS penal code section 155.

You are responsible for goods that have been delivered to the address that you provided. Please make sure to provide complete and updated addresses including apt #s, special instructions etc.

Any rented merchandise lost, damaged or stolen will be charge full replacement cost
