Reserve a Tuxedo from Tuxego


If you’re visiting our store for your first fitting, we’ve provided a list of the things you need to know. 

  • No appointments needed. We do fittings on a first come first serve basis.
  • If your first fitting and order is made while in our store then payment can be in the form of cash, credit card or check.
  • If you are submitting your order through our website then you need to supply a credit card. 
  • For price refer to the groomsmen's guide the couple should have emailed you.
  • Your order can be shipped directly to your home prior to the event. See the measurement form for more information on this option please follow the instructions below.
  • You will receive two emails on our next business day. One from Tuxego explaining how to process your payment and another from our credit card processor Clover.com on behalf of Tuxego for securely submitting your payment.
  • Your order will only be processed once your payment is received.

7 Steps for Measurement Success


  1. Print this page or this pdf and take it to a Formalwear shop for a professional measurement. Most shops will provide you with a complimentary measurement as an industry courtesy. Proper hygiene is required for any fitting. Please have socks, undergarments and a shirt with sleeves or at least a T-shirt (Please no tank tops or heavy clothing).
  2. To ensure your order is properly placed, please be sure to completely fill out the form.
  3. You'll receive an email with instructions with that will include a link for payment. We must receive payment in full before your order can be placed.
  4. Upon submitting your measurements, if you would like to receive a confirmation you can request one by sending an email to guestservices@tuxego.com with your name, date of wedding and groom’s names. 
  5. Keep a record of your measurements in case we have any questions, internet issues or if you have any other events in the future.
  6. If your weight changes, it is imperative to get measured again at least 2 weeks in advance of your arrival for the wedding, then notify us immediately.   
  7. Regarding the attire, pricing, drop shipping and second fitting process, please call the couple to confer with them. They should have sent you an email with all the information to answer any and all questions you may have.

If for an additional fee you would like the convenience of having your garment drop shipped to your home in advance of the wedding/event please include below your shipping address and the name to include on the shipping label.
